"Sixty three" & "Thirty four" years...

What I hear you say well let me explain.

On Wednesday 6th March 2013 - I reached the ripe age of 63, "I remember having the same daunting feelings when I became 30". You don't set of to reach 63 so quickly (Tempest fugit when your having FUN) it just sort of creeps up on you! LOL Well I am quite over the shock now and enjoying life in the slower lane.

We  had a lovely day in York with my darling Glenn & middle granddaughter Lauren May.

Thursday evening we went to Eileen and Tony's  for a beautiful dinner party picking up our dear friend Margaret on the way. Rob and Carol were there too and it was just like rolling back time the gang together again all in harmony and having fun...

Now let me tell you as well as finding it hard to believe I'm 63...
It will also be our 34th wedding anniversary  Sunday 10th March.
We've loved, we've laughed, and we've cried together over those years.
But here we are still together as much in love as ever.
I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to my dearest husband for being my very best friend.

A day out with Sean Beth & Silvi - @ Falling Foss

Sean, Bethan and Silvi came for a long weekend break.
It was a most enjoyable visit.

On Sunday we took advantage of the lovely sunshine.

I wasn't sure where to take them as living in Derbyshire High peaks they are surrounded by beautiful countryside too.!

They love coming here to Sewerby spending time on the beach but for a change I thought we would take a drive up to the north Yorkshire Moors and visit Falling Foss...

Des Res
I knew Silvi would be Intrigued with the hermits cave just as Lauren & Katie used to be when they were younger and the walks up there are stunning.

The icing on the cake though was when we descended to  the river valley half way back up the other side was a TREE SWING ....

Silvi loved it and it gave us chance to have a rest for a short while and let Glenn paint the scenery on his iPhone...

Midge Hall
Hope you enjoy the photo's.

Glenn and I cant wait until end of April when we will be going up to the Peaks for a return visit with them x
